Join Sfoglina at ESP HiFi on Thursday, October 15 starting at 5 pm for a one-night pop-up built around some of my favorite dishes from the year.
I’ve loved putting this menu together. Expect handmade pasta, seasonal Colorado ingredients, bold flavors, and a few dishes I’ve been especially excited to bring back for the night.
Come early, grab a seat, have a drink, and eat some pasta. Food starts at 5 pm and is available while it lasts.
