Best ever!
Fantastic! This pasta is unlike any I have ever had in seventy years. It is the most delicate, tender and delicious pasta on the planet, I’m pretty sure. It never leaves me feeling bloated or over full like most. And the shapes are wonderful! I especially like the casrecci-the way it enfolds the sauce. I also really love that Jesse uses heirloom flours. Why not eat the best and support a woman-owned business as well?
