We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee.   

If you are unhappy with your pasta order or it was received damaged in any way, please contact us at sfoglinadenver@gmail.com regarding an replacement product or refund, we do not take returns.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you will need to explain what about the product did not meet your expectations.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like the perishable goods we sell. But please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Replacements / Exchanges
While we don't accept returns of our food products, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request a replacement item for the unsatisfactory item you had received. 

Refunds
We are happy to refund purchases of unsatisfactory items. We will notify you once we’ve received and processed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
