Hand Made Pasta class is a hands-on 2.5-hour workshop where guests learn to make fresh pasta from scratch, enjoy light appetizers, and finish the evening with two incredible pasta dishes made together in class.

Class Size: 10 guests per class

What the Class Includes

• Hands-on fresh pasta instruction

• Two rotating pasta shapes each week
  (typically one filled pasta like ravioli and one hand-formed pasta such as cavatelli or gnocchi)

• March 22nd- shapes: agnolotti with spinach & ricotta, foglie d'ulivo(olive leaf pasta)
• April 26th -shapes: spring pea–filled cappelletti with green garlic–mint–jalapeño pesto and sweet potato gnocchi with miso butter, roasted cabbage, Calabrian chili, and lemon–garlic breadcrumbs

• 7+ days before class → full credit

• 3–6 days before → 50% credit

• Less than 72 hours or no-show → not refundable
