A slow-cooked Italian pasta sauce that originated in Bologna, Italy, also known as ragu all Bolognese
- Ingredients: a soffrito of ground beef, pork, pancetta, mushrooms, carrots, celery, garlic, tomato, garlic, milk, parmesan, seasons.
- One quart, approximately 2.5 pounds.
- Keep frozen until ready to consume; simply bring to a boil before serving.
